Taman Negara Camp.
hello again :)
well.just came back from camp at malaysia 3 days ago.
yepp..we stayed at the tekam plantation's hostel.
then stayed a night at the caves..don't know where that is though.haha.
the camp was good overall,but was tiring.
we took a coach there.then me and karuna bought like 3 boxes of chewing gum!
and by the end of our camp we had to pass through the singapore checkpoint.
then at that time,we still had loads of chewing left!we kept giving out sticks of chewing gums and bubble gums but we still had quite alot..then at the end karuna had to throw some away 'cause we were afraid of being checked.but i still smuggled some into my pocket..and was all clear! haha.smart eh?lol.
moving on..
during our stay at the caves,we couldnt bathe for like 2 days because the toilets there just makes everyone sick.and it doesnt even have a shower.it was kinda worse than the hostel's toilets.there are like toads and lizards and spiders everywhere..EWW.
but caving was fun!
we discovered that the some of the walls of the 130 million year old cave were shaped like humans,animals and other weirded stuff.it was so cool!!
we saw this one shaped like a real elephant walking.then another we saw it was shaped like a wedding couple.it was like two lumps of stone standing together.cute!
we also saw this rock shaped like a man sleeping on a bed.then opposite it was a wall of REAL gold.the trainers said something like there is a spirit living inside the rock shaped like a man sleeping.and if anyone were to touch or steal the gold there,the spirit would come out.i dunno if it's real.it's just a belief though.creeepy,huh??haha.
many people got sick during the camp though.surprisingly,i didn't.
must be the vitamin Cs mom told me to take every morning!lol..
but im having a really bad flu right now.grrr!!i hate this.my nose is like a running tap now.my medication won't work.
we also did rafting.was kinda fun too,but falling into the muddy water and tasting it and getting a bump on my head by the stupid paddler wasn't.
we had to plan how we were going to build our raft out of PVC pipes and raffia strings.the making of it was tiring.but the journey with it was fun.haha.
our raft still collapsed in the end however.
but i don't even wanna talk abt the falling part :/
so we did caving,rafting,abseiling,tour around the oil palm plantation and hiking.
then we took a train back to s'pore.
yupps,that's about it for camp.i loved it.
